Don't love the scent of your candle?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, never burned, and in its original packaging. Our team will assess the candle before offering you a refund.

For Tees & Totes: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, not worn or used, and in its original packaging with its respective tags. Our team will assess the items before offering you a refund.

For Skincare: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging with its respective tags. Our team will assess the items before offering you a refund.

Who is responsible for postage? If your return is accepted, The customer is responsible for paying for the return postage for any returned items.

You can always contact us for any return questions at sandandcosmos@gmail.com. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Do we accept Returns/Exchanges?
Due to the nature of certain products such as used candles or skincare they cannot be returned or refunded. For any damages that occur during shipment, we will replace them as long as the customer provides photographic proof. Items purchased with a gift card, or during sales that have exceeded 30 days as of purchase do not qualify for returns or exchanges. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your item.
