Don't love the scent of your candle?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, never burned, and in its original packaging. Our team will assess the candle before offering you a refund.
For Tees & Totes: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, not worn or used, and in its original packaging with its respective tags. Our team will assess the items before offering you a refund.

Who is responsible for postage? If your return is accepted, The customer is responsible for paying for the return postage for any returned items.

Damages and issues

Do we accept Returns/Exchanges?
Due to the nature of certain products such as used candles or skincare they cannot be returned or refunded. For any damages that occur during shipment, we will replace them as long as the customer provides photographic proof. Items purchased with a gift card, or during sales that have exceeded 30 days as of purchase do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
